During the booking, please choose Pickup Location and then select the radio button saying "Please pick me up at" and choose "I don't see my pickup location" from the drop-down then type the hotel name on the box underneath so that we can easily locate your hotel pickup.
-In case your accommodation is not a hotel you must indicate your exact address including street name, outside number, interior number, county, postal code and city.
- We would like to make it comfortable for you so we will pick you up at your hotel or at the nearest point available in our routes.
- To know the exact time and meeting point you must send a message thru the option on your reservation or must call us at least 24 hours prior to the visit date purchased.
- Let us know if you are not in need of transport.
- We cannot assure your pickup at a hotel where you are not a guest considering that some hotel's policies, not allow visitors to access at the property.
- The guides will be dressed in red t-shirts with the Xcaret logo on the back for easy identification. The guides will say the tour name out loud.
- Upon your pickup, please present your printed or digital voucher and photo ID for boarding the bus to obtain a bracelet for entering into the park.
- If by the time you purchase the ticket you do not have the hotel yet, you must contact the Customer Service Viator staff at least 24 hours prior to the visit to the park to help you to coordinate the pickup with us.
- You must be 10 minutes early at the assigned location.
- Transportation service is not private so you will share the bus with some other visitors of Grupo Xcaret.

It is recommended that you bring comfortable lightweight clothing, walking shoes or sneakers, biodegradable sunblock, a swimsuit and towel, and an extra change of clothing.

The pickup operates from different hotels in Cancun, Playa del Carmen and the Riviera Maya so the pickup time will vary depending on the location of your hotel. We will pick you up at your hotel or at the nearest point available in our routes.

HORRIBLE experience working with Viator. They were very rude in accommodating changes to our reservation on which we had spend over $1000 USD on. We ended up cancelling a majority of our reservations with them in order to rebook on a different site. The remaining reservations with them were then unable to be found at the park, and took over 30 minutes to figure out.

The aviary, butterfly park, caterpillar nursery & river swim were enjoyable. The monkeys were lively; the rest of the land animals were sleeping or hiding. The manatees were impressive & we watched the dolphins. The Mexican Rancho was beautiful. The VerdeCruz buffet was good. The chocolate was delicious. The Mayan demonstration & the Grand Show were excellent.

What an amazing adventure! We had the time of our lives, we planned our day as soon as we got in which we thought was a good idea. What I would recommend would be to do the river first since that’s what takes most of your time (approx. 1 hr) and you can do it at your own pace. Keep in mind the times of the activities you wish to do for the day so you can either pay ahead or purchase the activity at its location. Definitely get a map from your hotel or take a picture because you WILL need it!
It is very hot so bring a water bottle, there are many water dispensers all around the park so you can keep refilling as you need. Bring hats, portable fans, or anything possible to keep yourself cool.
Bring plenty of sunscreen as you will keep reapplying after your water adventures!
The restaurants were all over the place so you didn’t have to walk far if you got hungry. We ate at restaurant Jalisco, (there was a small wait as it seemed everyone got hungry at the same time) and enjoyed the live female mariachi band.
The night show starts at 7 pm but give yourself time to walk there and get snacks and drinks. Get some cold snacks because it WILL GET WARM inside. Once inside the theater is huge try to sit towards the bottom as it becomes hard to see from so high and it doesn’t help that the screens are lifted so you can’t read anything as the lights will be in the way. We sat near the Dance of the Flyers so we got a great view.

Seems very overpriced for limited activities. Everything else is extra. Super busy on the rivers making unenjoyable. Was finished around 3pm however had to wait until 2130 for pick-up.

When booking this tour I was absolutely adamant that I was staying for the evening show and paying for the plus package. Having done it before I knew this was worth it. Excellent food, priority access, prime location of lockers etc.
We also opted to pay for SeaTrek and the 7 course dinner with the show at $75 and $90 respectively. The dream experiences are expensive but it depends if you have ever done anything like this before and if you value the memories. SeaTrek was amazing, the dinner st the show was not. Poor food, limited drinks and definitely not worth $90 each in my opinion.
There is so much to see in the park, lots of walking is required and I'd advise taking swimming shoes as it makes life so much easier.
Overall an amazing but expensive day where everything was worthwhile with the exception of the dinner. The show itself is fantastic.
Long day if staying for the show - pick up was 0645 and we got back to our hotel at 2245.

This one of a few places that i have experienced that i can say that my money spend was worth it. I highly recommend the “plus” option because you will not have to worry for lunch , the buffet is really good !! Plenty of food and variety. I choose to buy the picture package ( 2 people cost 60 dollars) and you will be walking through the park and cameras will be available just scan your wristband and say chesse!! I also booked another activity but all this is optional!! And i know that i lot of people wont like to stay all in the park especially if you are traveling with kids. But the night show is spectacular!! This is a must!!. The only thing i will improve in this park is make easier how to navigating the park. Even following the colored stone in the floor this place is a maze!!

This place is so huge that you would probably need two days to see it all. We loved everything we encountered, including the SeaTrek with stingrays which I highly recommend! Unfortunately since we were still adjusting to the climate we found ourselves worn out before we could make it all the way to the dinner show but luckily for us there was a bus at 4 for those who didnt want to stay until 8. We're sad that we didnt make it to the show but grateful regardless and feel we got our moneys worth.

Fun tour, short distance from our hotel RIU palace peninsula, the park it self is awesome, BUT and I say BUT only the park, show, buffet, and pickup/drop off are included in your pass / purchase. The views, nature, animals, and pics are totally worth it. Photo package not necessary unless youre doing the big activities and cant take photos of yourself. The parasailing, was awesome, but could have been longer. The adrenaline boat ride with our Awesome Capt and co-pilot were hilarious and made it a ton of fun on (4/12 around 1:30pm), sorry forgot their names! We also did the Temazcal this was probably our favorite experience as we were over due for a spiritual cleansing and you got a full hour! TOTALLy worth it!!!! The sea Trek was also fun, but not at all what it seems like in the photos displayed. We did get to see sting rays and a couple varieties of fish but its a short walk in circle of the fishes' aquarium and there wasnt a whole lot of scenery in the tank. All the employees for all of these activities were great! Biggest set back with this activity was when you get to the park every single GOOD activity costs EXTRA... we spent almost an extra almost $900 for two people and 4 activities. SO VERY PRICEY to experience the better parts of the park.
