During the booking, please choose Pickup Location and then select the radio button saying "Please pick me up at" and choose "I don't see my pickup location" from the drop-down then type the hotel name on the box underneath so that we can easily locate your hotel pickup.
-In case your accommodation is not a hotel you must indicate your exact address including street name, outside number, interior number, county, postal code and city.
- We would like to make it comfortable for you so we will pick you up at your hotel or at the nearest point available in our routes.
- To know the exact time and meeting point you must send a message thru the option on your reservation or must call us at least 24 hours prior to the visit date purchased.
- Let us know if you are not in need of transport.
- We cannot assure your pickup at a hotel where you are not a guest considering that some hotel's policies, not allow visitors to access at the property.
- The guides will be dressed in red t-shirts with the Xcaret logo on the back for easy identification. The guides will say the tour name out loud.
- Upon your pickup, please present your printed or digital voucher and photo ID for boarding the bus to obtain a bracelet for entering into the park.
- If by the time you purchase the ticket you do not have the hotel yet, you must contact the Customer Service Viator staff at least 24 hours prior to the visit to the park to help you to coordinate the pickup with us.
- You must be 10 minutes early at the assigned location.
- Transportation service is not private so you will share the bus with some other visitors of Grupo Xcaret.

It is recommended that you bring comfortable lightweight clothing, walking shoes or sneakers, biodegradable sunblock, a swimsuit and towel, and an extra change of clothing.

The pickup operates from different hotels in Cancun, Playa del Carmen and the Riviera Maya so the pickup time will vary depending on the location of your hotel. We will pick you up at your hotel or at the nearest point available in our routes.

This one of a few places that i have experienced that i can say that my money spend was worth it. I highly recommend the “plus” option because you will not have to worry for lunch , the buffet is really good !! Plenty of food and variety. I choose to buy the picture package ( 2 people cost 60 dollars) and you will be walking through the park and cameras will be available just scan your wristband and say chesse!! I also booked another activity but all this is optional!! And i know that i lot of people wont like to stay all in the park especially if you are traveling with kids. But the night show is spectacular!! This is a must!!. The only thing i will improve in this park is make easier how to navigating the park. Even following the colored stone in the floor this place is a maze!!

This place is so huge that you would probably need two days to see it all. We loved everything we encountered, including the SeaTrek with stingrays which I highly recommend! Unfortunately since we were still adjusting to the climate we found ourselves worn out before we could make it all the way to the dinner show but luckily for us there was a bus at 4 for those who didnt want to stay until 8. We're sad that we didnt make it to the show but grateful regardless and feel we got our moneys worth.

Fun tour, short distance from our hotel RIU palace peninsula, the park it self is awesome, BUT and I say BUT only the park, show, buffet, and pickup/drop off are included in your pass / purchase. The views, nature, animals, and pics are totally worth it. Photo package not necessary unless youre doing the big activities and cant take photos of yourself. The parasailing, was awesome, but could have been longer. The adrenaline boat ride with our Awesome Capt and co-pilot were hilarious and made it a ton of fun on (4/12 around 1:30pm), sorry forgot their names! We also did the Temazcal this was probably our favorite experience as we were over due for a spiritual cleansing and you got a full hour! TOTALLy worth it!!!! The sea Trek was also fun, but not at all what it seems like in the photos displayed. We did get to see sting rays and a couple varieties of fish but its a short walk in circle of the fishes' aquarium and there wasnt a whole lot of scenery in the tank. All the employees for all of these activities were great! Biggest set back with this activity was when you get to the park every single GOOD activity costs EXTRA... we spent almost an extra almost $900 for two people and 4 activities. SO VERY PRICEY to experience the better parts of the park.

Super expensive and everything in the park is an upgrade and additional cost. The dinner with the show was horrible and very expensive and they cross contaminated our food and caused significant allergic reactions

Xcaret was one of the highlights of our trip to Cancun. the variety of activities and things to see was wonderful and that's without even staying for the night show. Would recommend reading up on helpful things to bring to your visit to Xcaret (reef safe suncreen, waterproof phone pouch, and change of clothes to name a few). We booked the priority access for the trip to Xcaret and definitely recommend doing that.

It was recommended to go here instead of a prior planned cenote. However IF you are on a budget when on vacation, I would NOT recommend this. For my husband and I, by the end of the day it was close to $500 US dollars for two. This is a huge amusement park, SIMILAR to others you may have been to...but not necessarily a Cancun experience. (However, the show was unique at the end.) The highlight would be swimming in the large caved like river, not a cenote. Weighing all things....my question is was it worth ALL that money, was the experience unique to Cancun, NO. I regret not going to my first choice Rio Secreto (a big cenote) for something only in Cancun.
