Traveler pickup is offered
- During the booking, please choose Pickup Location and then select the radio button saying "Please pick me up at" and choose "I don't see my pickup location" from the drop-down then type the hotel name on the box underneath so that we can easily locate your hotel pickup.
-In case your accommodation is not a hotel you must indicate your exact address including street name, outside number, interior number, county, postal code and city.
- Please confirm the exact time and meeting point using the message option in your Reservation or contacting Grupo Xcaret.
- We would like to make it comfortable for you so we will pick you up at your hotel or at the nearest point available in our routes.
- Let us know if you are not in need of transport.
- We cannot assure your pickup at a hotel where you are not a guest considering that some hotel's policies, not allow visitors to access at the property.
- The guides will be dressed in red t-shirts with the Xcaret logo on the back for easy identification. The guides will say the tour name out loud.
- Upon your pickup, please present your printed or digital voucher and photo ID for boarding the bus to obtain a bracelet for entering into the park.
- If by the time you purchase the ticket you do not have the hotel yet, you must contact the Customer Service Viator staff at least 24 hours prior to the visit to the park to help you to coordinate the pickup with us.
- You must be 10 minutes early at the assigned location.
- Transportation service is not private so you will share the bus with some other visitors of Grupo Xcaret.

According to the indication issued by the Government of Quintana Roo, Mexico, we are forced to suspend activities at 11:00 pm. So the park will be opening from 19:00 to 23:00 hr. Tours and days of operation are subject to availability and changes.

Minimum age is 5 years. Kids: Children must be accompanied by an adult. From 5 to 11 get half off the adult ticket price.
Wearing comfortable clothes, shoes and pants is recommended. Eco-friendly Insect repellent is recommended.
Vegetarian and kids options are available, please advise at time of booking if required. Please advise any specific dietary requirements at time of booking

The pickup operates from different hotels in Cancun, Playa del Carmen and the Riviera Maya so the pickup time will vary depending on the location of your hotel. We will pick you up at your hotel or at the nearest point available in our routes.
If at the time of completing your purchase you do not have the name of the hotel, you must contact the Customer Service Viator staff at least 24 hours prior to the visit to the park to help you to coordinate the pickup with us.

All requests for changes, cancellations and/or refunds on bookings must be in the 24-hour or more window prior to the visit date.

We expected a lot more. We were told it was an open bar, but actually it is only bottles of tequila on the table for you to take shots. No margaritas, mixed drinks, and only canned sodas or beer. The food was just so so and the event was mostly traveling on a boat, stopping to hear a Mexican band play while people did a loop around the table to sort-of dance. Then repeat with the next stop and band. If you know the Mexican songs and can sing along in Spanish it would be more fun. If you are not into getting drunk on tequila shots this is not the event for you. Some of the girls on our van got so drunk they had to be carried back to the van in a wheelchair and we were so afraid we were gonna get thrown up on on the way home. If you are under 30 this might be fun for you but we couldn’t wait for it to be over.

Meeting so many people and making new friends! The amount of laughs we had, it was the absolute best experience. Highly recommend everyone experience this float fiesta.

You have to check this out. I highly recommend it. Honestly this exceeded my expectations because I had so much fun. This place is beautiful and the people that work there are excellent and take good care of you. Had so much fun on the tinajera, ate lots of food and had good drinks. I was able to make new friends. I could tell that everyone else was having as much fun as we were. I will definitely do this again, next time I come to Cancun.

The trajiners mariachi musicians the camaraderie they go above an beyond to make a sensational experience well worth it the transport an staff was smoothened out as initially Thier was confusion after reading reviews of an it happened to me as paid taxi to meet up point 300 mxn but my gosh the whole pleasurable evening on the man made replica of the UNESCO site as it really was made for fun partying spirits with games an secret moonlight star canopy of the above galaxies children friendly much merriment awesome what a privilege. If you like Tequila , dancing and lots of fun , this is the place for you . We have done it 3 times now , and every time it gets better . It’s not really a place for kids , but we have done it with teens and they liked it , they had lots of fun too .

The trip was “over-the-top.” Our boat was filled with Mexicans that knew how to party. We two US tourists were accepted very well. My husband made many friends last night. I was thrilled to see him have so much fun.
