Xplor Fuego was so incredibly fun. I definitely pushed the envelope of what I would have thought my comfort zone would be, and had a blast doing it ;-)

It was a lot of fun for both of us. And it was a first time for me to do zip lining: we did the longest route that included 7 zip lines landing on the water at the end. I think because it was already dark outside I was not too afraid of the height - in a daylight setting I probably wouldn’t be doing zip lining at all. We also like the underground river swim that ended with a beautiful waterfall. The buffet was great as it offered a lot of different options to eat including fruits and desserts. We absolutely enjoyed our time at Xplor! Highly recommended.

I have never done anything like this before in my life, and I am so glad I came here. It was an absolute blast! I am more of a nervous person, I don't do many adventure-filled activities but I'm proud to say I did all the ziplines and other activities, and felt extremely safe. The buffet is absolutely unreal. Some of the best food I have ever had in my LIFE. I was worried because I am vegan I might not get to enjoy the all inclusive buffet because I couldn't find much info online about the food... but I COULD!!!! They label the food really clearly and there are lots and lots of options, so if you're vegetarian, vegan or something else, don't worry - you will walk out of there FULL and satisfied like me. I actually did not want to leave the buffet hahaha. I would honestly go again just for the buffet. The staff were extremely friendly and professional. The park has an amazing design. It is well worth visiting. I saw some really amazing birds in the forest that I had never seen before, and never saw again despite being in Mexico for about 5 months total. Please note two things: There is one new activity you MUST have water shoes for. We did not, so we could not do that activity. Also, no gopros allowed on the zipline (but phones in those waterproof cases are allowed, and many people had them). :-)

Easily one of the highlights of our holiday and was a shame the park shuts at 11pm as we could have easily spent more hours there. Xplor Fuego give you the same activities as the normal Xplor just at dusk and dark. Although at first look, it might not seem there is a lot of activities to do, there is plenty and we didn’t get everything done. Most of the activities take over 30 min to do and you can easily do all of them again. There are 2 Zip line courses one with 3 zip lines and one with 9 which take 15 min and 45 min respectively. ATV’s are good with a very long course. River walk, swim and rafting are really good fun through the caves. Buffet is the best buffet we have ever been too with an amazing selection of food for everyone including steak, chicken, pork, fish and beef on the bone. The only downside of this day was when we had to leave at 11pm. We could have easily stayed till the early hours going round all activities. Beach shoes are a must along as the caves are rocky and uneven.

This was a highlight of our holiday! Booked on line directly a day or so before - taxi from hotel and there are taxis waiting outside after (we left at 11pm closing time). The swim adventures and the driving were awesome and the zip lines in the dark… wow! What an experience! Loved it! All four of us had so much fun! The all inclusive included food - we went for food around 7pm and it was fairly empty but slowly filled up - the buffet was amazing. Likely better than our hotel! Only downside which I believe others have mentioned is the photo package. It’s a great idea and we have some good photos but the ones we really wanted were zip line photos. Sadly those are not great - a lot taken from behind the person or missing them completely. A real shame - not worth the approx $60 as I recall and sadly paid in advance - unfortunately we were home from Mexico before being able to check them. But that aside - this is a fantastic night out for the family!

My adult daughter and I loved our Xplor Fuego experience. We had a great time doing all the activities, some even more than once. Water shoes are a must, so get comfortable ones as you will be doing a lot of walking. The provided lockers are big enough to hold a backpack with your belongings and a change of clothes. A tip: watch for the restaurant closing time. We were so busy enjoying the activities that we didn't get changed and to the restaurant in time. Their optional photo package meant we didn't have to chance taking our phones with us to the activities, but we were disappointed afterwards to see that their sensors (especially on the ziplines) didn't pick up my daughter's helmet consistently. In fact, we ended up with photos of those who were in line before and after us instead. But overall, a great experience. Going for the Fuego meant we avoided the afternoon sun and had the added experience of the torches and the Ring of Fire on the longer of the zipline circuits. We booked our excursion through the Discova team on site at our hotel, but if you want a private transport company, we recommend Meet Playa.

Definitely a different experience visiting this park at night. It’s nice because you don’t get to be in the sun and heat all day long and still get to I enjoy the same activities.

We have travelled to Xplor 3 times before from the UK, but this was our first at night Fuego! We wanted to experience the activities in the dark so arrived around 7pm (June), but to be honest it was a rush to complete Zip, ATV's Hammock splash and eat (Wow - the food is better than day time, and that's excellent 👍). Plan you visit well. No mosquito bites but use spray and do the dry stuff first. No hats or caps allowed, no selfie stick of any kind of Zips, but small 6" floating one are ok on ATV's and Cenotes. Mobile and cash etc can be kept on you with a good quality water proof pouch round your neck (at your risk!). I took GoPro and used a Velcro Helmet strap through the holes and this was accepted, again at own risk. Kids - there was a father with a young boy and girl behind us (about 7 and 9 yes) just big enough and they loved it. You do a different loop for ATVs at night about 5Km / 30 mins and it's great in the dark. You can't drive with flip- flops (sliders) but water shoes etc are great so go with some (300 peso / £15) you keep these on during the zip lines too :). The Zips - there are 7 lines over two circuits MAKE SURE YOU DO BOTH. It's easy to exit and remove the harness after just 3. Food - Go there hungry, for get the chips (Fries!) Go for the BBQ Rib, steak and.... Well you'll see. The pasta and salads are excellent though, fresh clean and awesome. Showers and changing. You get one SMALL LOCKER, so only take the minimum with you eh. A small towel each to shower with, gel and hair brush (for wife!) Dry shorts and shirt, the aforementioned water shoes. Tak plastic bags x3 to put wet stuff in. Go to the upstairs lockers and the showers are communal round the outside edge, and changing rooms inside that circle - you'll work it out. Enjoy!
