Itinerary
We will do a 60-minute yoga and meditation practice outdoors in a group facing the sea and the Alicante mountains on San Juan Beach. In the grass area.
The class will be guided, supervised and with adjustments and corrections so that you can practice safely and reap all the benefits.
It is a physical and mental practice, after which you will leave renewed; with your muscles stretched, joints lubricated, your mind calmer and more focused, rested and de-stressed!
If you cannot practice with us on the scheduled days outdoors, join us in the studio, you will live an experience that will bring you the same benefits as practicing outdoors.

Ich habe vorher noch nie einen Yoga-Kurs besucht und wollte dies ausprobieren.Gewisse Fitness sollte man schon mitbringen.
Die Abholung am Treffpunkt hat gut geklappt.Ich habe eine Yogamatte bekommen, so musste ich nicht extra was mitbringen.Es war eine interessante Erfahrung, die aber auch in die Knochen geht.
