Enjoy a public group session in our dedicated Yoga space at Oualie Beach Resort or Mount Nevis Hotel, or opt for a private session (group or individual) at a location of your choice, such as at your private accommodation or at the beach.
Classes are carefully instructed to provide options for people of all levels of experience and mobility.

If you are into yoga , or a novice. This is one of the very best activities you can do whilst on Nevis.
Amanda is an exceptionally talented instructor. My wife is quite an experienced yogi. I am a complete novice.
We did the Yin Yoga sessions - these are more about holding positions and breathing - Amanda talks you through them. I have a hip implant - await a new knee - a fused toe and am full of arthritis. The message is - if I can do it anyone can!! I came away with my joints moving and feeling relaxed and at one with myself.
We went back for a second session - they were at Oualie Beach. In a lovely room with a view of the ocean.
After the second session we also had a Thai massage - it was sensational!
If you’re staying at the Four Seasons - forget the spa ( which is very swanky) - get with the locals. You’ll get an amazing session at the fraction of the price - and proper Nevis experience.
Can’t recommend highly enough.

Amanda’s yoga class was more
Than I expected…beyond relaxing and some great stretching even with my inflexibility and lack of exercise lately

The class is a great stress reliever. It makes you aware of your breathing and your surroundings. At the end of the class my body feels more supple due to the stretching exercises. I had never done yoga before, but I am definitely hooked. I highly recommend this class.

I have only been to one class, but many more to come. I wish I had started this years ago before I got so stiff and sore. I love the peaceful, calm you get from yoga and the meditation. It is wonderful to have that time to slow down, relax and do a calming form if excercise and stretching.
