Itinerary
Enjoy your holiday with a bit of stretch, relaxation, balance and yoga with locals. We will hold 75 min sessions. We have a Japanese Yoga teacher to lead us, all levels are welcome.
** PLEASE NOTE: classes will be taught in Japanese, so it's a great opportunity to be healthy and experience the Japanese language and culture.
** We will start classes promptly, so please be on-time, in order to respect the other participants.
You will be meeting new friends from Japan and other countries! Please bring comfortable clothes, a towel and water. Mats, water fountain, locker room and showers are available on-site. Let's enjoy fitness, balance and stretching together! Be healthy. Have fun!
