The 8:00 am session is followed by a rich and tasty continental buffet breakfast while the 6:30 pm session is followed by an aperitif drink.

What a great yoga session and in a beautiful place. The yoga teacher was experienced and the lesson was set at an appropriate level for those of us who were there. Having the beautiful garden and swimming pool as a setting was very relaxing. The Hotel is like a little oasis in the Sardinian countryside- absolutely charming and very welcoming. I will most certainly be returning while I am in Villasimius as an English ex- pat. The price of the session is a good value considering that an aperitivo is included too.
