Begin your morning with an invigorating yoga class with Shannon Reeder, RYT 500, suitable for all levels every Thursday at 9 a.m. We will practice beach front facing the Barrier Reef at one of the top new spots on the island, Mangata Villas. Located on the serene north side of the island, Mangata Villas captures modern luxury with a laid back and welcoming vibe.
After class, you'll be treated to a bottled water or coffee and your choice of breakfast item at Mangata's onsite Moon Bar.
