Eric was an excellent tour guide. It was the exact type of experience we were looking for. Quant town with windmills, cheesemaking, chocolate and wooden shoes

Wooden shoe demonstration was very well done, although quite crowded. Guide gave us good intro information and seemed to try and maximize our free time. His commentary was well done; interesting with a sense of humor. I'm not sure this was available but in hindsight, we would have enjoyed a longer visit there.

We enjoyed the windmil tour very much. We would have liked to hear more about how the cheese is made. That presentation seemed too short. We enjoyed the wooden shoe demonstration very much. Our guide was very knowledgeable on pointing out interesting things on the bus ride there and back. We are glad we went on this tour.

I was disappointed in such a commercialized experience. It was packed with people and touristy shops. Not worth the money. Our guide and bus driver were lovely, but not worth it

The whole tour was very enjoyable. Being at the same site made it easier with a very good guide. There was sufficient time to see and take pictures there.

Great tour guide. Such a quaint and beautiful village. Nice to learn how the cheese and clogs were made. They had samples of the different cheeses to help make your decision.

I gave this 3 stars as although the guide was very nice and informative and the destination was easy to get to on the coach- it was incredibly busy and I felt like we were herded from one demonstration to another. The cheese making and clog making ‘sheds’ where they did demos were very crowded and lasted just a few minutes. The main focus for this tour seems to be to get you in the shops and spend your money in a very crowded place. I would rather buy my cheese in a normal shop in the city centre where they are not so busy and staff have more chance to help you. The canal tour was ok but the taped commentary was somewhat dull. Tbh for the price it was reasonable . Viator were helpful and communicated well.

The tour guide spoke English and was very easy to understand and knowledgeable. It was a well-organized tour. There wasn't enough time to visit the museum, but we did have time to climb to the top of the windmill. We took the 2:30 tour. The windmill closes at 4:30 so we went to the windmill after the cheese-making demonstration and then went back to the cheese shop for the samples and purchases. There was time to walk around the quaint village.

We were here in April when the tulips were in full bloom. Huge crowds were here. Our bus had 38 people on it. We enjoyed the cheese making demo, the wooden shoe demo and of course, the windmills. The Guide was easy to understand and we were able to keep up with her. However, with the large crowds of people it made walking around the area difficult. It is cold in April. Had a little hail at one point.
