At 9:30, arrival and Check-in at South Gate. Find inner peace in the meditative Zen rock garden. Enjoy the garden's beauty throughout the seasons.
At 9:50 Orientation. Completion of Liability Waiver and Health Declarations. Understanding the Commonalities between Zen and Yoga. Instructions on How to Practice Zazen.
At 10:00, Practicing Zen Breathing Meditation. Relax your body and align your breath in preparation for meditation.
At 10:50, In the midst of busy days, savor the meditation that soothes your mind like a warm embrace. This is the ideal way to practice Zen's core goal of "deep self-understanding."
At 11:10, Savor aromatic Japanese tea while gazing at the beautiful garden landscape Farewell at 11:30.
