Itinerary
Guests will meet Ziptrek staff in Whistler Village and get outfitted into a sanitized harness and helmet. From there a short ride via Gondola (Eagle Tour) or Van (Bear Tour) will take you to your adventure's starting point. Next up, prepare to be amazed as you zip a series of unique and spectacular ziplines. All tours are set on Whistler & Blackcomb mountains where you'll glide from mountain to mountain via ziplines ranging from 600' to 2400' long and up to speeds of 50kph(Bear) to 80kph (Eagle).

I regret to inform that my experience with Ziptrek was profoundly unsatisfactory. My friends and I had a reservation for a zipline session at 3:50 PM, which we were compelled to cancel due to inclement weather conditions. Upon attempting to cancel, the supervisor informed us that the cancellation was not possible as it was beyond the 24-hour notice period. Given the severity of the weather, it was impractical to proceed with the activity, raising concerns about safety liabilities. Furthermore, the supervisor’s demeanor was far from professional, and an additional fee of $50 per person was demanded for rescheduling. This approach to customer service is very disappointing.

Amazing views and experience, highly recommend! The guides were super relaxed and made even the most nervous people in the group have a wonderful time down the zip lines.

Great experience. staff were competent and very safety aware. I would gladly go again. Not too strenuous and after 1st zipline and after initial trepidation I enjoyed the next 4 ziplines.

Great tour and staff, Fun ziplines and lots of walking around trees and suspension bridges pretty cool thing to do. And the staff did a great job at explaining everything.

Great time doing the Eagle zipline. 5 different lines. Beautiful day and scenery. The Guides, Kristi, Sophie and Leah were very personable and knowledgeable! Highly recommend!

Lukas and Sam made this tour for us. We already knew we both loved zip lines and they certainly didn’t disappoint! The views are beautiful and the set up is safe enough that you can try and go upside down if you wish. But the tour became much more than that, their passion for the environment was contagious and their energy and kindness made it a real stand out for our time in whistler. Thank you!!
