A new eco-friendly experience by Sicicla Tour Operator. A panoramic tour of the historical center of Palermo by bicycle, with an authorized tour guide who, with the aid of the audio tour guide system will give you the key informations to understanding our city, having the pleasure of exploring its vibrant heart, immersing in the typical narrow alleys not accessible by car.
The Group will meet at Sicicla Ecotourism travel agency, and with the bike starts a Panoramic Palermo Tour of 1 hour, followed by a lesson of Yoga Practice.
After the practice we will sip an herbal tea in a delicious chocolate shop in the historical center.

Come along to a scenic hike through East Brighton Nature Reserve. what do you do in Vinyasa Flow yoga session ?
The word “vinyasa” can be translated as “arranging something in a special way,” like yoga poses for example. In vinyasa yoga classes, students coordinate movement with breath to flow from one pose to the next. Ashtanga, Baptiste Yoga, Jivamukti, Power Yoga, and Prana Flow could all be considered vinyasa yoga. Vinyasa is also the term used to describe a specific sequence of poses (Chaturanga to Upward-Facing Dog to Downward-Facing Dog ) commonly used throughout a vinyasa class .
