In addition to stunning scenery, Bruny Island is a foodies paradise. The island showcases a variety of artisan cheese, oysters, seafood, berries, fudge, wine, whisky, gin, beer and a selection of cafes and restaurants.

Start the day in the lap of luxury with a fast-ferry ride from Hobart in the Posh Pit section (ft. canapés and complimentary beverages.
On arrival at Mona you’ll launch into some self-guided roaming of the museum and grounds, before a mid-morning private stroll to the Moorilla vineyard - hosted by one of Moorilla’s wine-nerds - and a comprehensive tasting of their range (Praxis, Muse, Cloth Label) in their deluxe underground wine bunker.
Then it’s off to a seasonal, locally sourced lunch in one of Mona’s restaurants (featuring Moorilla's wines), and then an afternoon
of further museum-exploration (or on-site bar-hopping, it’s up to you).
Once you’re spent, you’ll hop back on the late-afternoon ferry back to Hobart, for further Posh Pit action (more complimentary booze and dessert

This is a behind the scenes and exclusive visit to a distillery that is not open to the public and two other personal favourite distilleries in the local Hobart area. Create your very own Whisky from many different single malt barrels. Learn the fine art of distillation, get your hands dirty and sample Gin, Vodka, Whisky, Rum and Liqueurs. Many of the samples throughout the day will be from unreleased barrels, never tasted before.

On this tour we will visit the Bruny Island Cheese Co, Get Shucked (oysters), Bruny Island Chocolate Factory, The Honey Pot, Bruny Island Premium Wines and the House of Whiskey. We will visit the Bruny Baker Fridge, climb the steps to Truganini Lookout and enjoy breathtaking 360-degree views of the landscape (optional). If we are lucky, we may even spot famous white wallabies which are native to the island and one of the only places in Australia where you'll have a good chance of seeing one.
