During a 30-minute photo stop, we have the opportunity to experience this interplay of nature and modern architecture up close. The tour continues along the breathtaking Hustadvika Coast, dotted with cliffs, reefs and sandy beaches. Our next stop will be at the delightful fishing village of Bud with a nice view on Bjørnsund Island. The next highlight is the 407m high Varden viewpoint. In our approach to beautiful Hella, we will navigate along the Ry tidal current. This current attracts fish, and fish attract birds, so we will see and hear lots of nature around us while docking. We will then walk five minutes to a small boathouse where we will serve coffee/tea and muffins while enjoying beautiful views of fjords, mountains and birds. From here, you will observe the strength of the current we just navigated. Finally, we will start our short hike back to the RIB boat and our exciting navigation back to Tromso! Please not that this is NOT sea rafting.

The Moose is quite shy and is easily scared back into the woods, but normally they are quite co-operative and allow us to get quite near. We know the habits and life of the moose and where we have the best chances to see them.
Elg - the moose is called Elg in Norway, but the moose is not comparable with the american elk. The elk (cervus canadensis) , however, is an entirely different deer (much smaller).
Largest in Europe - the moose is Europes largest land animal, also the largest member in the deer family. A fully grown bull are over 2 meters high at the shoulders and weighs up to 750 kg (1650 lb). Cows seldom weighs more than 470 kg (1035 lb).
