As a prelude to this class, your English-speaking chef will welcome you to the school with a prosecco and antipasti reception. Your class then commences as you learn all the know-how for mixing, kneading, rolling, and topping the perfect pizza.
We use only the best fresh ingredients to adorn your pizzas: seasoned salami, delicious mushrooms, or perhaps some gorgeous figs and prosciutto. The choice is endless! While your pizza is in the oven, you'll be taught how to make creamy, dreamy gelato from a number of available flavors - the perfect culinary companion to your crispy, crunchy pizza.
