The Mardi Gras School of Cooking does small, intimate hands-on classes in the French Quarter. Classes are more like a dinner party with friends. Feel welcomed into our kitchens by the Chefs themselves. From the moment you arrive until you roll out the door our Chefs are friendly, personable and entertaining. Not to mention their culinary skills are impeccable.
Our minimum class size is 2 people. A solo traveler may join an already scheduled class. Call us to hear about the available classes.

Our fabulous cocktail masterclass will teach you four delicious cocktails, with recipes from our master mixologist that you can take home to impress your friends and family! You will meet in our city centre bar, where your professional barman will be waiting to make some cocktails to get those creative juices flowing. Over the experience our mixologist will teach you a variety of four cocktails, and to top the experience off you will also have be given tasty local tapas.
Our Apron Up Cooking Class has been gaining popularity through years in giving people an intensive and interesting lessons. People who come to us can be experts who want to open Vietnamese restaurant back home or a person who never cook before but want to be able to eat delicious Viet food when they have to come back after vacation.

This farm has also been a place of inspiration for the famous poet Salvatore Di Giacomo, who while staying in this heavenly place wrote the famous Neapolitan poem "Luna d'Agerola". During the experience the chef will teach you how to prepare a Tiramisu from scratch, using the famous Nonna Maria's recipe! After preparing the Tiramisu, you will relax while tasting our homemade wine. After that, we will prepare the fantastic mozzarella, coming from our cow's milk, raised and cared for on the farm. Afterwards, we will prepare some delicious noodles, having fun together.
